Pharmacy DirectorSince joining Broadstep in 2009, Carol has managed and lead change in long-term care pharmacy operations, incorporating technology to improve efficiency and increase productivity. Notably, she oversaw the implementation of an educational medication therapy management program to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for patients.
Carol is a registered pharmacist with more than thirty years’ experience in retail, hospital, clinic, and long-term care pharmacy. Prior to joining Broadstep, she was the Managing Pharmacist of an Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy. She set up, opened, and grew the business of this new pharmacy and inaugurated a pharmacy-based adult immunization program. Carol also practiced as an inpatient pharmacist and in retail settings earlier in her career. She received her Bachelor of Science-Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
